Questions

Good to know

Who buys the items?

Vetted buyers in private auctions who buy for their own use. Your products don't reappear as competing listings next to yours.

What happens after the pilot?

You see the recoveries per ASIN from the two months and decide then. Continue only if the results are worth it to you.

Is a removal really no more expensive than disposal?

Removal fees are the same as or lower than disposal fees, so sending returns to us instead costs you nothing extra.

Where do I see what happened to my stock?

In the client console: removals, items sold and payouts, down to each ASIN.
